Hello, I'm Erica!
I am a multi-passionate business owner, marketing agency owner, mom to two girls, runner, and an intuitive light-worker. I help women to design a life and business around who they are – not the other way around.
I spent 16 years working in marketing before kicking off my marketing freelance career in 2019, which I expanded to a marketing agency within the first year.
I have experienced it all – starting with zero projects, crappy clients and contractors, charging too little, burnout…the list goes on. At the same time, I’ve seen what this lifestyle has been able to bring to my family (so much freedom!) and it’s given me space to stretch my creative wings and never again report to a boss – that’s pretty incredible!
